Remember that? I replied by saying that Spidey was NOT trying to choke DD. Only trying to drown him. In another post i did agree that IF Spidey were to grab and choke DD at full strength, he would indeed kill him. The same applies to DD though.

IF Spidey actually tries and DD doesnt realize it, ofcourse hed crush his throat. However DD would already know Spideys intentions by listening to muscle movements and heart patterns. Daredevil would know if Spideys actually trying to kill him or not. He always does.

and now this "new" spiderman has enhansed scenses on top of venom spikes in each arm, plus his strength has been enhansed again (I belive he's class 20 now), he's faster . DD would have the almost impossible task of defeating Spiderman. the only way he would be able to do this is with psycoligy(sp?) since Matt is more intelligent than Peter in that area.

I don't know why this is still being debated. Most people agree DD is no match for Spider-Man. DD himself admitted it LOTS of times. DD only can hold his own a bit when fighting a mindcontrolled or very upset SM.

Daredevil would die against the new Spidey. well he would die also against the classic but the new one would finish him in 2 secs.

What am i not getting? You first bring up Spidey trying to drown DD, then you say "if" Spidey was using full strength. DD wasnt fighting back when Spidey was trying to drown him. Thats why Spidey didnt use full strength. There was no need. You say "IF" Spidey was using full strength he would have crushed DD's throat. I dont doubt that. However, if Spidey was using full strength, he wouldnt have tried to drown DD now would he? He just would have crushed his neck. But that wasnt the case, because DD wasnt fighting back and Spidey didnt have the need to use full strength. True enough IF Spidey were to grab DD, he would be able to crush whatever he grabs. But if DD had his hands around Spideys throat it would indeed be crushed as well. And theres no doubts that DD can break Spideys arms.

Not at all. If DD knows that Spidey is trying to kill him like he has shown a couple of times, DD knows hed have to play it smart like he usually does. When Spidey was trying to drown DD, he wasnt wearing the symbiote, so....

Plus in their second fight i believe, Spidey was very angry and not under any mind control and was indeed trying to whoop DD's ass. He believed DD went bad and WAS trying to stop him. But is was Spidey who was tied up to a pole. Spidey was at his peak there.

ok it wasnt really Spidey it was the Spider within who killed Morlun.

Its obvious you didnt read it too well. Daredevil was getting tired and needed to rest a couple of seconds. He LET Spiderman get another punch in just so he could get a breather. And if you notice, DD was still getting up after the hit and was about to continue the fight.

I stated that he wasnt using full strength when trying to drown DD because DD wasnt fighting back. While actually fighting, he was using full strength. Spidey hit DD over to the water the got on top of him and held him under. Spidermans arms are in the straight down position. Thats the best position to break someones arm, by hyper-extending it. And we all know Daredevil knows the technique, so thats no a question. Its very likely.

Why would mind controlled Spidey be selective about using his full strength? Why would he care whether DD's fighting back or not? You are not making sense.

How would DD hyperextend anything after Spidey's put holes in his throat?

You need to read the scan again. Daredevil states to himself.....

"Ive got to rest for a few seconds....Even if it means LETTING him land another punch!"

Then Spiderman hit him.

And then Spidey let him rest. DD was too tired to continue and wouldn't have been able to take another punch like that. Even if DD didn't let Spidey hit him then, he would eventually have gotten too tired to dodge anyway
