Well, it seems experiences posted here are tipping the scale in disfavor of scepticism. Read some very interesting stories here. Sadly I have not done much research lately on the subject of ghosts and the supernatural, been busy painting, so I can't tell you more right now. I might find some time in the near future to dig in these matters. Still planning on a own ghosthunt someday, but no clues or equipment so far. Until later then, and my best regards to all of you.

Thank you Panademoniac...

Fine, let's hear it, but I probably don't believe it.

no one says you have to.

I went to see a film at VUE cinema in staines with my bf.
half way through the film, which was a comedy, i felt some one physically touch the top of my leg. it wasnt my bf cuz I had hold of both of his hands and there was no one sitting next to me and no one behind me cuz we sat at the back cuz its easier to see. so explain that.

there is a chance that u imagined it.. 😖

dont mean to b rude tho

😐 hmmm

Hmm indeed, but you're taking quite a shortcut in this in writing it of as an supernatural experience, not to mention a ghost-encounter.
It might have been that a muscle in your leg got slightly cramped from sitting in the same position for a while, causing it to contract, making it seem someone is touching you. Maybe you almost fell asleep, which can lead to strange physical sensations. Were there any other unusual phenomena going on? Because so far this doesn't sounds like a case for the scooby-gang.

^ true it cud be a muscle spasm or it cud be in ur imagination if u are a believer in the paranormal u tend to look for 'spooky ' happenings so ur brain made u think u were apart of something paranormal.does that sound ok ...

This might be tru but not necessery. Our brain indeed can project us scenes and pictures even whole situation. But also stuff like rocks, wood, buildings can acumulate energies such as happy moments but also desperate and evil moments. Bad memories more cause the energy is stronger and lasts more. Under X, Y, Z circumstances the accumulated enegry can be released in form of scenes, visions and pictures...

Now lets hear the next one...

why does every thing have to be matter of fact with you guys! there is no right or wrong answer.
no, I was wide awake, I can never sit still for longer than just over a minute soit cant have been cramp and at that particualr point I was thoroughly engrosed on the film which was like I said before a comedy.

ive had a similar experience like urs lara...
sumone hit me on the shoulder really hard
when i was in my room..
but there was no one else there...its was weird

its freaky isnt it!

its like when u bang ur head on something u thought u were miles away from .... and then u feel like some one pushed u .... cuz that happens to me sometimes .. tho i am not all there ..😂

hahah thats funny...
im not all there so shhh dont tell n e one!

but yeh lara it is freaky as!!

Ok i wont lol

phhew thank god!!
n e ways see u guys later!!

bye!!

toodles

I myself have never been witness to a ghostly apparition (sp), or anything of that kind, but if I had to say whether I believed then I would say yes.

Though I haven't had proof of existence, neither have I had proof that it's all bullshit.

I would love to experience something like this, I understand that it would probably be terrifying, but in having experienced it I think I would have a deeper comprehension of life itself.

I am non-religious, an Atheist, so I don't believe in reincarnation and the like, but I truly believe that there is something after death, although obviously I have no idea what it could be.

I'm always up for new experiences, and discussions like this really capture my interest ✅

Yes, ghostly experiences can be very scary.

My relatives live in a haunted house. I myself went down there to experience and see some very strange things myself.

This is the scariest thing that's happened there: My cousin had a horrible nightmare, when she woke up it was still dark and she could hear something walking around her room. She was so freaked out she made her parents swap rooms with her the next day.

Imagine that, waking up and hearing somebody walking around your room. I would be so ****en freaked out.
