Technical ability can be measured, though, which IS a fact.

As someone with perfect pitch, it pains my ears to hear how off Chester can be when trying to sing.

starwars I think that linkin park are still good but not when they are co singing with jay z, mind you I can't find a new cd with their music on it yet, I've still got hybrid theory.

I've seen him do it live, it's all real. No effects, nothing. The Blood Brothers scream. Mikael and Maynard do not scream.

I didn't particularly think one way or the other—I thought it could well have been real, but at the same time I was a little dubious of its real-ness because, well... Jesus... 24 seconds is a damn long time.

It's funny, at the live shows the crowd will obviously shout with him.

Then you'll hear some mass intake of oxygen, Maynard is still shouting at this point.

I really liked their first album, and the second was ok. My favourite song they did was One Step Closer. Their music does get kind of samey after a while.

Gonna be a short thread. And I hate to say this, but this is an open discussion board, which means any opinion goes.

You cant open a thread on Linkin Park and not expect for there to be people who don't like their music (That's true for any band actually). And anyways, creating two threads for the same band is considered spam, and we already have a Linkin Park thread.
