Sakura kneeled by Vash for a moment. "The cuts aren't too deep, thank goodness," she said before standing. Sakura's eyes breifly met Tela's. "Are you ok, Tela?" she asked quietly. Her throat wouldn't allow her to speak in a normal voice, she was too frightened.

Tela didn't respond. She was just staring at Vash's body. blood seeped through the sleeves of her cloak. She gently reached up and touched her fingertips to her neck to find. . .

Cyke's eyes widened... There were teeth marks at her neck.

Tela let a few tears fall down her cheek. she had been bitten! This wasn't suppose to happen.

Vash rubbed his head as he stood up. He looked at Tela. "You alri..." he asked but didn't finish when he saw the teeth marks.

Tela was staring at the ground. "You four better go." she said. "I don't want you to end up bitten."

Vash shook his head. "No! Were gonna find a cure! Plus! There are some werewolves which can keep control under their werewolve forms!' he said.

"I don't want to take the chance of hurting any of you." Tela said standing. "If you won't leave me, then I will leave you."

"And then I'll follow you..."

Tela looked at Vash. "Are you really that arrogant to think that I won't bite you. Even I don't know I'll act once I start getting thirsty for blood on a full moon."

"Well then you don't know the definition of Arrogance! We're gonna find a cure... Help you control your werewolve form!"

"I. . .I can't." she said running off into the woods take turns to loose Vash and the others. Tears streamed down her cheeks. She knew she should have left.

Vash followed her. Thought he soon got lost in the woods. "Great..." muttered Vash realising he was lost, and apart from the others. He began to wonder.

Tela was just a few trees away. She kept her back to the large oak and slumped to the ground as she began to sob not caring who heard her.

Vash turned around to find Tela sobbing on the ground. Vash came up to her and sat down next to her, stroking her hair gently.

"I should have just left. you wouldn't be in so much danger." She said.

"Comeone, we both know that I couldn't survive with two mushy people... I need you. Plus, it'll be alright... We'll find a cure"

"You have Cykes. he's not mushy." Tela said as she hugged her knees too her chest and layed her forehead on her knees.

"And still not any closer to replacing you..." answered Vash.

A small blush crept across Tela's cheek but she couldn't stop crying. "And why is that?" she asked.
