"A snake." Tela said aing. She held her hand to her nose.

"Oh," she said, then turned back to Tela. "Are you alright?"

achilles (the falcon) swooped down and snatched the snake as Jak walked up to them "i smelt blood" jak said seeing tela's nose " don't tilt you head back the blood will flow into your throat and mouth" Jak said

Tela rolled her eyes. "I know that. But thanks, Jak." she says watching Achilles. Funny how nature always seemed to attract an elf's attention.

"this is my very good friend Achilles" jak said

Vash suddenly pinned his nose with his hand, not to smell the blood. Vash... COntrol yourself... thought Vash to himself. Vash looked at Tela, he helped her up.

"but it wasn't from her" jak said eyeing a spot on vash's cloak and cut himself in the palm

Vash started to step back away from Jak.... Smell of blood... Vash pinned his nose harder so he would smell it in a minimum way.

"has vash ever biten anyone to your knowledge" jak asked the people around him

"No, and please stop taunting him." Tela said leading Vash away from Jak.

Vash grateful to Tela, followed her.

When they were far enough so the others couldn't hear, Tela looked at Vash. "I know that you didn't hurt anyone, but if, you did, you'd tell me, right?" she asked.

Vash nodded. "Fivty Years ago, I was bitten... By a Vampire... TO survive, I drank animal blood.."

"Oh." she says blushing.

Vash looked down. He knew, after this... He was a blood thirsty creature... Tela won't love him, Sakura and the others would'nt want him in the group. Tears started forming in his eyes.

Tela reached out and gently wiped Vash's tears. "What's wrong?" she whispered.

"...I'm a half Vampire... I could go berserk in the smell of blood... You dont love me anymore... Sakura, YUe, and Cyke will be afraid to travel with me, and would want me out..."

"No, Vash, I don't care if you're part vampire, and the dangers excites me. I love it, plus don't forget who turns into a dangerous blood sucking human killing monster every full moon."

Vash nodded. Still, he was endagering everybody... Vash looked up into Tela's eyes. She didn't care what race was he, she didn't care how dangerous he is... She still loved him.

Tela smiled and gently carressed Vash's cheek.
