.... Anyone have any scans from issue 3 to *torment* those of us who dont have it yet with? [I get my stuff once a month... sucks...]

I can do that for you.

Here's one for Fever Red--her beloved Cletus Kasady.

And last one for tonight--from the cover.

Hell yes it does.

Oooooh, nice body. In that light, can't see the hair color, but never find, I'll edit it in mentally. Yummm.
I love to see him ironing- it shows how adept he is at self-delusion. Chaos involves ironing, eh?
But you know how I feel about symbiotes getting so independant. I suppose they've been going to counseling, or something, gaining the strength to break the bonds of codependancy and/or abuse... Gaagh!
I prefer Red nicely quashed. But then again, in Red's case, there has been a progression, an evolution. It's just too much now, however. And Clete's out of charactor- he should be kicking hard and super sullen- like a little boy whose toy soldiers have rebelled against his command. "Its not fair! Mommy! Oh, wait, she's dead... Darn... NOW I regret it."

[shriek of delight] AAAAAAGGGGHHHHH! he's gorgeous!

[I love how even supervillains have to iron like the rest of us.]

Thanks a million for the scans; much appreciated. I can't wait to get my hands on this one.

wait a second why would cletus have to wash clothes when his symbiote can become them

Lazy Red? It's a good point. Well, Red could become clothing in the first Carnage story arch...did he lose the ability after his "death?" I guess I could understand that, being so manic and impulsive, Carnage would have trouble holding a complicated form like illusory clothing for more than an hour or so; and therefore would prefer not to.
Anybody can clear this up?

pfft yeah whatever...he looks like Ernest Borgnine compared to Eddie Brock glare

Kasady's not conventionally handsome, no, and actually I'd like his face a bit sharper, kind of feral, rat-like, than it is here. Also the body should be very cut and toned but lankier than this- so here, he's not at his hottest BUT he is in a wife-beater! Ooooh! And there's enough semblance in face and physique to satisfy me that it is Kasady; and to me, he's hot because of what he is, as well as how he looks.
Mane, you're entitled to your opinion but this is a hormonal thing for us, not an objective evaluation of physical properties. We just value mean studs, maybe our genes "feel" that it would produce high offspring viability? I don't know; it's an animal instinct. It can't be wrong. If Kasady attracts women, then in actual practice, he is attractive.

Yeah, ditto on the "hormonal" thing!! LOL Guys just will not get it.

Trust me, when women are forced to look at Black Cat with her suit zipped literally down to her pubic bone, we're not exactly all that thrilled either - for exactly the same reason.

I admit Brock can be very... uh, interesting [I think that Cho version of Brock recently seen in MK Spidey may well be the hottest version ever .... I'm talking about the airport scene], but his mindset - no... religious guys give me a serious pain, and so do self-righteous ones. Brock is both, so I prefer Kasady. At least he's up-front about what he is, and I respect that. I prefer unconventional-looking guys anyways.

[I'm not saying I dislike Brock, not at all. His wrongheadedness adds spice to the Spiderverse.]

As far as Kasady having to iron clothes, "Since when is the symbiote not clothing him?" flicked through my mind too. Only thing I can figure is this is one more little way in which this series is departing from canon. We already have Black Crappy uh I mean BLack Cat not knowing who either Carnage or Venom is, when they've both beat her down *severely* in the past. How likely is that?! But the art is great so I'm trying not to nitpick toooo much.

It's not as good as your Kasady, Nemo. You give him the smile, the poise (is it poise if you can't stop viciously fidgeting?), and the nice tight balanced bod that is lean and limber. I dislike muscle-bound! I agree with you, therefore, that Cho's Eddie is the hottest I've seen him.
And Bad S, LOL, I can't help suspecting that seeing Eddie on an auction block has a special resonance for you... Why sell the sym to villains when we vixons would bid on the man?

hey just had a thought who's seen spiderman the animated series i mean ok it was crap but cletus my god he looked the best he was just as fever red describes him lankey and yet almost rat like and his voice actor damn ! he makes cassidy sound crazy i mean you havent heard a manical laugh till youve heard his it's brilliant ( in my next sentence i am not gay ok) i mean if i was a girl i would have been like fever red (eg falling for cletus) from cartoons pictures or comic

Not seen it, but the look of animation is usually too plastic for me.

i dont like cartoon comic characters because people dont see the depths of their insanity. like in Batman TAS, they dumbed the Joker way down. never showed his TRUE self. same thing with Brock and Kasady.

Thank you very much for your kind words... I have very specific ideas about how each of them should look. Venom should be huge, but still sleek. He shouldnt be the size of a house like he is now in the Venom title - but like he was back in the day when Bagley was drawing him. He was fabulous back then, I have no idea why they let people like that Herrera guy draw him now, I *hate* it when he looks like that. He should be like a giant cat about to pounce or something - powerful, scary-looking but very sleek.

Carnage should always be less bulky than Venom, because Kasady is much smaller than Brock. He's not a bodybuilder. Like you say, very very "tight" and very agile-looking, because that's one of his strengths.
IMO Carnage's symbiote is both beautiful and elegant - again, Bagley is the man when it comes to this guy.

Eddie on the auction-block! There's an idea that works! I want to chain him up somewheres over an open fire & torment him, like Carnage did in "Maximum Carnage," heh. Let him keep the symbiote because I've always thought you'd be able to have a whole lot of *fun* with a man wearing one of those - and I'm stopping right now, before we reach NC-17 territory & I get in trouble. 😈

LOL. Too right, girl. And knowing that he's ill makes it especially difficult--I would LOVE to ease his pain.
Generally I dislike muscle-heads as well--opting for brains over brawn, but Brock is one of the fortunate few blessed with intellect and a drop-dead bod. It would be wrong for me not to like the character because he could break an ordinary man in half.

Mane--the Ernest Borgnine thing was hilarious. And ordinarily, I'd agree, but even I could appreciate the way Kasady looked in the ironing scene. Sexy AND wrinkle-free.

Red--I love that you associated ironing and chaos--It illuminates another aspect of your personality and your similarity to Kasady's character. I don't subscribe to chaos...Nor do I iron.

Symbiotica--love the Black Cat pubic bone thing. It's funny because it's true.
