Yup. I am afraid Part 2 is done for you, whilat we are dreadfully behind on Coruscant, so a short period of quiet reflection is in order.

"Typical Jedi! Trying to evade responsibility..." says the Viceroy. "Now, you listen to me..."
But whatveer it is he was going to say is not heard. Because at this point, Gundark, as your danger sense kicks in, there is a red flash from somewhere outside...
... and then suddenly the car jolts as if a giant hand just grabbed it and gave it a good shaking. Smoke starts to fill the interior as the car angles down and out of control.
The first shot fired, from a high building quite some distance away, was phenomenally precise. The part of the car the shot hit was the ventilation plate for the engine. It travelled THROUGH the vent and surgically removed the starboard engine and damaging the port, which is why the car is careening out of control down into the bowels of the Coruscant street levels. The pilot is TRYING to get some sense of the controls, but he's not going to make anything any near this height, Gundy.
The second shot was just as precise. It hit the fuel intake on the rear car. The fire was preamble to worse; all you can do, Clarion, is look as it explodes a moment later.
The third shot is intended to kill as well. It hits Clarion's car, but this time is a couple of inches out. The safeties on the fuel intake survive and the explosion only cripples the car instead of destroying it. The flashback kills the pilot instantly.
This car is dropping like a stone, Clarion...
You roll +3, Roan, which becomes +4 with your sensible use of Sword Whirl! Strine has not dodged, as he is relying on your impairment, so you have gotten a 16. Strine blows another Fortune point... but he only rolls a two, to give him a 16 as well. This is a hit, and it takes Strine to 33 damage and double impairment.
A now desperate Strine fires a standard attack at you, Roan (Flurry Fire being too inaccurate now he is impaired).

Fix-it would indeed be your best option, Jelena, because the safeties have now frazzled so hitting the controls achieves nothing- you need to re-wire things. Sadly you never took those lessons...
This craft is actually armed, yes, but you cannot get the nose above a 20 degree dive. She's going down, Jelena, and your control is limited. Below you, you can see the smoke pluming from Gundark's car as it tries to control its own descent.
Gundark, your car is flying on only half an engine, but it is at least still controllable. The pilot is looking for a reasonable place to land.
"All the way down is our only option," says the pilot. "I'd look for somewhere better but that engine fire is not going to get any better!"
Damn it, Gundark... it could take ages to get back up from the bowels.
