Interesting that you finally thought of hostages as an option- that might have served you a heck of a lot better on Cynelline, because unlike most places the Bureau works, Cynelline is not a frontier uncivilised worls, and the Bureau has strict orders to avoid civilian 'entanglements', which was exactly the problem the Jedi had on Malastare in the three way mini-war there, which Galder and Takuan took part in.
Here, provoking a conflict is probably not wise. This bit really should be done on the quiet. Decent hostage taking is quite an art form anyway. Still, bear it in mind.
Takuan can always try illusion, through do remember I don't like that used for overly sophisiticated effects. Lights, sounds, smells... that is the kind of thing it does.
Tanic... no, you don't recognise him. You have never even been in this part of the Galaxy before.
Ok, the droids scour the warehouse. You haven;t seem them yet, but they are basically droids and mini-lifts built into one; they scout around the multi-story high shelves of the warehouse and raise/lower themselves to the right place to retrieve the gear. There are hundreds of them operating at once and it would make a lovely scene ofr a 3-d platforem game.
The terminal that operates the droids though- that tells them what to go get- is staffed by huamsn (or aliens), but not robots. To actually take control of the droids and tell them to get what you want, you need clear access to one of those terminals for however long it takes (depends on your roll), and then to get the retrieved parts out of there without being caught out.
So when the droids move through the warehouse, probably no-one is watching them.
