USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II, EPISODE I (DARK SIDE)- New Order

As Dexx is not here and we need to move on, that will do... Takuan's Persuade is awesome, and that works just fine.

"Of course you have paid for these," he says "I'll just retrieve them for you..."

Ok, next bit please! Get a move on...

(Alana and I are kind of at a loss of what we're supposed to be doing next...)

Yeah, a bit....what plan exactly are we going with? I don't seem to know what's going on....which would be just a little bit helpful to know.

Oooh, that's baaaaaaad... well, you had better use one of your earlier plans! Rah wanted to sneak into the warehouse, follow the droid to the parts, nab the parts and then sneak back out to you guys after the empty-handed droid gets back. If anyone can help him get in or out, he would probably appreciate it.

Your other plan was to cause some kind of mass distraction and nab the parts in the confusion when they arrive. This involves less sneaking and less dependance on one person, but can of course go spectacularly wrong, depending on the distraction. It also involves more disturbance even if successful; if Rah is successful you make a clean getaway.

Rex and I prefer the sneaky plan...

I second that. It's either Rianna or Rah for that one.

Ok, well, I am off for the night as I have work tomorrow; when I get back from that work (a little under 18 hours from now) I shall execute whatever plan you have left. Decide who does the sneaking and whatever means you will use to give him an easier time (as if he just straight sneaks behind the counter, he would actually have to turn invisible to do it).

With more prep time, Rah (or Rianna) could have snuck into the warehouse somewhere else and waited for the droid to deploy... but it it too late to try that now; he'll need to get in and follow it ASAP. Just my two cents for you there.

Could Galder make it seem as if faulty equipment caused a small accident, like a small explosion or fire?

Nah...I think that someone should just distract the person behind the counter with some inane questions.

(Galder can do that too! I'll just start asking about parts and then...pull out my gun...and...uh...)

(I'll leave it to Rand... 😄 )

(Yeah, I think that would be best...)

When Rah begins sneaking, Nume begins questioning the person behind the counter about massive hyperdrives (How much do they cost?, Do you put them on for me?, What's the improved distance?, etc. etc.). If he begins to lose the man's attention on that subject or runs out of topics for the hyperdrives, he begins questioning about other technological subjects, like "Would it be wise to strap a military-grade, capital ship-sized laser battery to the front of a podracer?"

He also tries to himself seem like a eccentric yet wealthy man, to make sure the man listens to his every whim with hopes that more money is thrown his way.

"Would it be wise to strap a military-grade, capital ship-sized laser battery to the front of a podracer?"

THAT has got to be one of the best things I've ever heard.....😆

Or Dexx's idea could work.

Heh! Well, that is certainly enough to have gotten Rah IN, and he has easily snafled the parts. One thing remains- when the empty droid arrives, there may be questions, and also Rah needs an opportunity to get back out... and then you are done! Which might actually mean the point of your first ever successful bit of teamwork...

Rah uses his senses to keep aware of any danger as he waits for a suitable distraction to help ease his exit from the stores.

(Would it be worth using persuade on who ever controls the droids to convince them that it the droid has malfunctioned hence the no parts retrieved situation...)

...just dump some random parts in the droid, and then when it comes back, we can complain that it got the wrong stuff and leave.

Indeed. That idea sounds good!

Heh, our first bit of coursework and Tanic was sitting in his ship!

Good idea Alana! Rah grabs a few useless bits off a shelf and drops them in to the droids carry box...

(I suppose then you could kick off a bit to create Rah's distraction...)
