Rah... You feel like trashing a few walls?

I dunno, maybe we should fight otherwise they'll just keep coming and we know how well they track!

Before I commit to a plan whats Vargas?

I'll need a direction, Rand! You will note that things there are getting pretty crowded already! Soon you will be surrounded.

Vargas is the name of the lead Captain.

How bout I blast some handholds THEN start climbing?

Blasting handholds is a time consuming process. Blasters don't make neat hand-hold shaped holes; they make small, drill-like burning hot ones; you would nee time to get it right.

After the weekend, this fight starts with or without you!

North, south, and east look to be bad directions for us, Rand...is there anywhere we can go to the west of us?

The ones that were covering the west came into the middle to meet you two as you cut north, so after tussling with them you should be able to get through to the streets beyond. If you make it quick, else others will move to seal you off.

Ahhh! Not good!

Is there any spot in said river that is able for me to stand on? Or is it too deep?

How about if I swim deeper and go under the Osokans...?

(Face it Rex, you are screwed...)

"Rianna, looks like we shall have to fight through the circle, no?" Nume says, tightening his grip on his lightsaber. He heads towards the Osokans blocking his way, Rianna alongside him.

(I want to try and set up something with TM to keep synced with each other in combat...)

I say we just trash the walls. If they get too close, you'll have to hold them, while I cut it. We're not holding out against more than 20 osokans, are we?

How many frames are they away from us, Ush? And I presumed they've covered all the exits - I mean, we tried to head out of the building and found some more, yes?

Actually, all you have tried so far is to get to your ships.

Rah can try and fend people off you as you cut- however, what you REALLY want is someone with Bodyguard, because then he could actively intercept blows coming your way.

Rianna, with the high frame count, can strike first, of course.

Galder, the river is swimming-deep. But they'll swim as low as you do; we can start making Strength rolls to see who has to go up first...

And they're Strength is ten...

Rand will attempt to use Throw to fling two Osokans away from the circle.

Indeed it is, Galder.

Rand, if closing for battle they will strike first- I'll use your defensive plan above, yes?

Yes please.

Rianna will attack an Osokan (one of the center-north ones) with Strike. 1 Dodge and 1 Riposte for defense.

Using his sabre staff seperated into two Rah will try to hold them off while Tanic cuts through the walls

Ok, here goes...

Rah, the first Osokan moves in on the Promenade (it takes them a frame to close). The faster man, you step back and slash! He attempts to use his whip to block your blow. You roll evens; a dead-on hit, and 18 damage.

12 frames worth of cutting will get you through the wall. However, every time you have to stop, the time involved moving your sabre out and in again adds a frame to that.

Galder, you swim for it, trying to go low. You and your pursuers make similar efforts... but their constitution is the greater; you have to come up first. This slows you and now the lead three have caught you. The ones up above on the riverside are now moving ahead.

Rianna, you strike and your target dodges. A +6 is a very solid hit from you for 25 damage! BTW, I took a frame off the centre-north guys as they took that time to get across the plaza.

Rand, you try and blast a force throw at the Osokans- but please remmeber you may NOT use Throw as an attack to move people, that is specified in its description. You throw things AT them.

Today you are on form- you roll +10! You are hurling solid metal decorative statues at them, that smash into a couple of them with a heck of a whack. Seven damage to two targets.

Tanic, how long do you wish to cut for, or do you plan to do something else, or to defend yourself?

Galder, they have caught up with you but you are still ahead on frames and may strike.

Rianna is still ahead on frames also.

Rah, it was two that moved in first (though it is three and a Captain just behind them), so two attacks coming your way.

Hum. 12 frames... And you say that we haven't tried getting out of the building yet?

Maybe we should run away down one of the corridors leading out of the building. Do we have a good idea which ones lead out?

I said above- exit from the Promenade is south side.
