all free agents are getting paid top dollar this year. Kenyon Martin is good, but not as good as his contract would suggest. But i do like how things are shaping up in Denver...they are looking pretty decent right now.

the nuggets just finalized a multiyear deal with camby and it looks like kidd might want to be traded....he doesnt like how the nets got rid of martin and didnt get equal value plus if they dont improve there front court and commit to makin the playoffs again jefferson probly wont stick around..he's only got one year left on his deal
Well, I'm going to be rooting for my Lakers this year, but as in the past...i'm also going to pick a different team in order to really like this year, because LA's just gonna be ugly this year.
I really want to watch a lot of Nuggets games this year. I like all the moves they made, and though i personally don't like Kenyon as a player that much...he is still a great player and he'll help out the Nuggest quite a bit.
Grizzlies should be coming around nicely also...
It looks like Vlade is going to sign with the Lakers. If it happens its probably the best center the Lakers could get although at this point of Vlade career I think his negatives outway his positives.
If the Maloofs dont make any moves this offseason with not signing Vlade and Jim Jackson last year Im going to seriously start to wonder how much of a commitment the Maloofs have to winning a title. 🙁

Based on sheer principle I have to not root for the heat. But actually, I think they will be really good with their two guards. Eddie Jones doesn't need to dribble a lot to be affective, he moves without the ball. Him and Shaq will probably work well together. And Wade is a young phenom. He had just as good a year as Melo and Anthony...and he makes the players around him better.
I'm not really sure whether or not losing Alston will hurt them. I don't think they picked up anyone to replace him yet. But Doleac is a pretty good size body for the paint. White guys, generally aren't very athletic, but they are very fundamental.
I'm interested in seeing what Malone's going to do with the addition of Vlade. He's a floping piece of trash, but atleast he's a big body that has good passing skills.

The Kings have just signed Osterfat. Every team better watch out because with Osterfat coming from the bench the Kings are going to be unstoppable. Forget Vlade, Osterfat will show the Kings didnt need Vlade with his terrible passing, terrible scoring and overall Osterfat dumbness. I cant want to see a Osterfat moment were he will get himself thrown out of the game at the stupidest moment mostly because he's already pissed off with his suckness. Great pick up Petrie, Osterfat is sure going to be the key to us winning a title.
I cant wait to get my Osterfat double zero Kings jersey to go along with my Ryan Leafe, Raul Mondesi and Darryl Russel jerseys. 🙄
