it was just something caught in startup, i took it out and everything is fine ✅

yeah, that's spyware, run spybot 😄

raz gave me this search and destro thing ages ago.
but..i run it, it finds. i fix. and then it doesnt change anything

Make sure you select the update option in spybot to catch the latest spywares.

Also, make sure you have the latest security updates from: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

well its saying no new updates found.

I always use auto update with windows update it's easier than checking the crappy site

ok i downloaded all 17 of the updates on that windows site.
i go on internet and gotargetsearch is back

I did some looking up ... there is a trojan horse out there named Startpage.4.AC that can be on your computer, it changes the homepage everytime you start up your PC

right, searched al files, and computer for something named that
and something containing that text.

so erm...didnt find anything
