Deano, the idea of secret societies is remotely interesting, interesting enough anyway for me to look at this thread. But there comes a point when rambling the same things over and over again gets annoying.

The funny thing is, if we're talking about secret society's, how do people know so much about these Uber secret societies? How are these authors getting their info?

If there are a few people conspiring to rule the world, don't you think they would keep a better lid on it?

You ever hear about the JTF2? Not alot of people know about them, even in canada. You know why not much is known? Because what they do is a secret. Although basic info about them is known, nothing else is, now if their secrets can be kept, why can't the secrets of these "so-called" super secret societies?

I have no doubt that there are a few secret societies, but I also have
no doubt that many self proclaimed investigators have written fiction or misinterpreted ancient info and have proclaimed it as fact.

Conspiracy theories were all the rage in university, especially global conspiracy theories. The thing is, most people grow out of it, as I am sure you will.
