😆 OMG! I just saw a commercial for this on TV. It looks so bad. Going straight to DVD.

Yeah, I watched it on TV the other day, it was real bad.

You cant re-live an old classic by making a crappy sequel

I don't know if part one was necessary a classic.

I loved the original, one of the more original movies I've seen in recent memory.

It was typical Paul Verhoeven. I still like "Robocop" alot better".

Kinda funny that some people still can't see all the Nazi undertones of the movie, no matter how many times they hae seen it.

My mate said it was really really crap. Which i can understand. But im still going to have to watch it. Its kinda like it they made lord of the rings 4 people would see it regardless. I have to see it. I must see it, you have to see sequels to classics, or your not a respectable film watcher.

no there is no original cast in it. This has to be the worst movie i have seen in a long damn time. The budget was so low for this movie, they did shots of the bugs and just kept editing them in different shots over and over again with just different reactions from the humans. BAD god damn movie

Jake Busey made that movie. Ace was the best. "Sir, I don't understand why we're sitting around playing with knifes. You don't need to know how to throw a knife to push a button"

Have you seen any of the Roughneck campaign/chronicles movies? I was kind of turned off my the whole "Final Fantasy: The Movie" kind of animation, but I may give them a shot sometime, as well as FF itself.

Starship Troopers 2? What? A bunch of futuristic soldiers fighting intergalactic alien creatures. Bah! If I wanted to see that in a movie, I would just watch Aliens. Better story, and better action.

well the new troopers movie just came out and i was wondering if anyone has had the chance to see it yet. i plan on renting/buying it tomorrow.

So does this one round it off or is there room for a third installment? I have to say im dissapointed that they didn't make a better effort with the sequel. The first one was a good movie and I always knew there would be a sequel, I didn't expect it to be a cheap straight to video flick though.

yeah i thought it might have atleast bliped on the movie top 10 somewhere

god i hate sequels that are so bad that they just go straight to dvd.

just like those cheap disney movie sequels, there isnt one disney classic that hasnt been ruined by some cheap straight to home video sequel, god how i hate studios that do that.

None of Pixar's movie have experienced that as of yet, thankfully.

I'll guarantee if Paul Verhoven didn't direct it, it's shit.
