right...bob geoldof...this crazy dude that 20 years ago wanted to feed the world...came up with a song 'feed the world' donated some cash to africa...then done two HUGE gigs in london n america and raised a tonn of cash....last year he released the single again for the 20th aniversary of it....then today he has done 8/10 not sure...concerts around the world....trying to get the g8 to drop debts and increase the amount of money they give to africa...and today in edinburgh i protested to show support....the make poverty history have a white band to show support...so in edinburgh we had to wear whiet and made a white band of people throuhg the city 🙂

and robbie was awesome, and madonna, i'm not usually a huge fan of either of those two, but they were really really good.. and the killers obviously, they rocked, as usual 😎
the most moving bit for me was at the end of that painfully sad video, and the last shot was of that little girl and her face was all thin, and bob geldof said 'don't let them tell you this doesn't work, this girl was given 5 minutes to live, and because of our help, she's just passed her agricultural exams, and she's here tonight'.. that was so amazing, and she was so beautiful too, just made me think of the lives that could have been lived of those who weren't so lucky as her.
*sigh* i wish i'd been able to get tickets.. the atmosphere in hyde park looked unbelievable
