the most moving bit for me was at the end of that painfully sad video, and the last shot was of that little girl and her face was all thin, and bob geldof said 'don't let them tell you this doesn't work, this girl was given 5 minutes to live, and because of our help, she's just passed her agricultural exams, and she's here tonight'.. that was so amazing, and she was so beautiful too, just made me think of the lives that could have been lived of those who weren't so lucky as her.
*sigh* i wish i'd been able to get tickets.. the atmosphere in hyde park looked unbelievable
that bit was the best bit of the whole gig....that girl was 10 minutes away from dying 20 years ago...and then she was there....fine....(she was beautiful too)....
i was soooo wanting tickets...the london gig had the best atmosphere...
