Do we have to have super hero's can we have villians?

I orignally thought we were alloud to create villians and super heroe's. I think that'd be more interesting but it's up to the game-master Rex.

After reading 4 pages of the Super Hero RPG. I understand more it's not really a game like i pre-imagned.

All though a game with Hero's and Super Villians would be extremly cool. I'll make a profile for my characther soon.

Am I alloud to have a vigilante with a power. Like he can fuse himself with shadows.

Jeeve's askin is slowly creepig up against the wall. As his body slowly turns into a misty shadow it slips under the nearby door.

Age: 26-28
Powers/Abilities: Extremely fit. Stronger then your, average person, faster then your average person. Great Evasion. None of these are great enough to be called super powers (meaning he doesn't have hulk strength or flash speed just he's a pretty strong guy and a pretty fast guy). His best ability is his acrobatics. He succeeds phenomenally in acrobatics. Great instinct.
Weaponry: A multiple option grappling hook, fire proof and very air resistance cape, stun grenades, gas grenades, and large blades.
Description: Chance has black short hair. A strong tan. A fit muscular body.
History: When Chance was nineteen he was going to a dinner affair with his parents. It was a highly important dinner. Some of the richest people in the country were there and chance had the honor to be there as well. His parents were Software developers.
While everyone mingled suddenly the butler’s and Caterer’s went and blocked off all the doorways and exits. Unleashing machine guns killing a few people to put everyone in a terrified trance.
