What books have been banned?

I am intrested in creating list of banned books.

Harry Potter was one.

That is all i know.

Lady Chatterley's Lover was another.

Back in the 50's there were a ton of books that were ban (in America) One of them is one of my personal favorites "Naked Lunch" I not sure, but I think that "The Communist Manifesto" was also banned.

Banned books? It depends if you mean banned on a global scale or a country only banning. 1930s Nazi Germany banned a lot of books and so has every other bumwipe dictatorship.

Huckleberry Finn wa sbanned by several American Schools in the eighties, for its use of the word ******... it caused a big controversy, and led to the Bible being mutilated and censored by the same schools, when someone tried to satirise the thing by pointing out instances of obscenity in the Bible... Scouting For Boys was banned by the Nazis and the Communists, and is still banned in Communist China...

Some Middle Eastern country banned the Matrix because they thought it promoted Zionism (due to the city being called Zion) that's not a book but yeah...

and why was the word "******" removed from my earlier post.... it was in the book, and was the reason it caused trouble... I wasn't using it to be offensive, but simply to illustrate what happened.... now it just looks stupid.... "which word?" I hear you all ask.... six letters, in Mark Twain.... must be Sawyer.... why were the carpenters offended?

Irvin Schiff's The Federal Mafia was banned in 2003 by the U.S Distric court

There's a book called "The Cheese Monkeys" (no shit) that touches on this--talks about this guy's evil college professor and how he bans books. Said something like, "he even banned Farenheit 451, which is about banning books!" 😂
