I have to take them... if not my schizo will get worse, is that I dont like take them

i hate pills

But they help then so you understand why you must take them. It sounded like first you were getting upset that the only thing the Phsycologist did was hand you more pills and not try to help.

I take pills without water they don't bother me.. 😄 ... unless they require water 😉

i hate doctors

They become ineffective if you don't change them around a bit... now thats scary when they don't effect you because you've taken the sameone so many times.

plus, I dont want to go to another shrink, I've seen too many shrinks and I hate the starting a new sesion and all that process

Why do you stop the sessions to have to restart them? Have you ever completed treatment with one?

only shrink i saw was because i didnt do sh!t in skool

lol i was the shrinks at school.

I've changed shrinks for many reasons... must of then was the lack of profesionalist(or whatever is called)

Then perhaps finding the one your comfortable most with is part of the true problem. Are they not qualified they find out to deal with your case after a while?

They hurt more then they help when they aren;t qualified.
