he is r@ven, but I dont like shrinks in general, I've seen them since I was 6 and still I dont get use to the process

what you need is somone who knows you, someone you trust, who happens to get into the field

Have you ever figured out why? Is it that they try to understand you and you have to share things that you try to forget?

If you don't want to talk about this further i understand. Yet i sense that you want to.

i'll listen too, this is what you need, not some guy who gets paid to listen to you, and take notes, but people who really care, and value what you say.

though i dont know how much i'll help, im not in a good mood

exactly, i never told any of my friends to "get help" or "see somone"... i only said "talk to me"
i listen, and i did at least as much good as any shrink would've

That is the first advice a good shrink will tell you consult a friend or religious advisor

sniper thats great...but technically you cant give them any medical help....like diagnose them or anything like that so in certain situations it is best to seek a trained Psychologist.

only if they need the drugs, and yea, i cant diagnose anything, but my friends just deal with chronic depression
