There's no real reason why they have to replace the actors...

Examples: Buffy (16) played by SMG (20 odd)
Connor (17) played by Vincent Kartheiser (20 0dd)
Moaning Myrtle (12) played by someone (40 odd)

Godric's Hollow is a village where he had lived before his parents died.

is it in book 6?

it was mentioned twice I think. Once in the sixth, and I know that they said it in the first...telling where his parents were. But it was briefly.
