But seriosuly....i'd really love seeing him do other things. If all he needs is to absorb heat indeed and then manipulate its energy then shouldn't he automatically have become aware of this stuff already? Like when fighting oh i dunno.........pyro?

not really.....he's not the brightest bulb in the world.....i think that he stops the motion of molecules thats just my therory.....what he does with the energy that he stopped.....idk.....he might just put up different fields that just stop the motion of the molecules thus freezing them......i think that sounds more plausible.....cuz then wouldnt iceman's body look more like a heat wave if he absorbed all that motion....then again if he places that energy somewhere else he might be able to control it later on....oh idk its confusing.....

Really, you can manipulate almost any mutant's powers into omnipotent energy welding.

I've lost knowledge of this and hope you can help. Did Emma Frost in the end tell him how to do the awesome stuff she did with his body or did she leave him with his stupid questions that his eedy beedy brain couldn't handle?

I'd like to be Iceman because his powers are cool and I've always loved ice powers.Besides,you would never be hot in the summer time.

They all have huge potential. But a few of them have always been incredibly cool/powerful. Like Xavier, Magneto, Exodus, etc. Iceman COULD be that powerful, but isn't.

bobby used to be great, then his dad died and he went downhill...

ok im lost here havent read a x-men comic in a long time but last i read bobby's bro showed up and turnd him into watter then he formed back to ice opening his suposet finle form allso alowing him to manipalate his ice form in to eney thing he wonted like if he wonted spikes allover his body he could do so or turning his hand into a huge hammer he could do this to. have they taken that away from him sens last i read the comics?

no, he just is a bit of an ass who isnt really trying to improve his abilities...

not all the mutants have huge potential. And his potentials not just huge, its almost unlimited. He has more potential than Xavier does, for example. Xaviers almost at the limit of where he can be.

Of course, hes a slacker and a bit of an ass. So he hasnt come close to realizing it.

Yeah, but you're also a bit wrong. he does indeed realize what he's able to do (not fully, but close). Remember after Emma shows him his potential then leaves him he tries to convince her to teach him how she could make him do that.
So he IS aware of some of his power, but too much of a slacker probably.

when did they bring back ema frost she was killed by fitsroy and the sentanles some where around ishue 300 of the uncanny x-men along with the hole hell fire group. allthough i do remember something about her minde being in jeans body did they ever get her back into her own body or something ? help out a old x-fan here some one plz
