Eh I don't know anything about L-sama so I can't argue about that.
However Gokou never came back to life with IT he came down for like a second then was gone again and that was only in a movie. He came back sure but not to life and he couldn't stay.
Also Gogeta can be reformed while as long as Piccolo chooses to stay dead Black Star Shenron isn't coming back and someone would have to wish L-sama gone to be so wouldn't it? Dragon can't do its own thing.

The Black Star Dragon can do things without having to use wishes, which is why he made his own rules an in fact, Evil Dragons can exist with out Piccolo. Seeing as how they did.
Evil Dragons, if you mean Syn Shenron and such, were from Dende's dragonballs iirc of course they exsisted without Piccolo. As for the Black Star Dragon...How can he make his own rules?? It makes no sense to me..Oh well.
The point I am trying to make is that Black Shen Long is an anime character that existed. Gogeta can not reform seeing as how Goku and Vegeta are both dead (or at least Vegeta is). So why is it okay to use him in this debate but not Black Shen Long.
As far as making his own rules go. . .
After the wish has been made, the Dragon Balls spread around the galaxy, and if they aren't brought back to the planet on which the wish was made in less than a standard year, it will explode. Piccolo didn't make that rule.

😕 Are you sure? It was the Namek before he split into good and evil and Kami didn't even remember that far back. Does it specifically say that dragon could make its own rules?
And Vegeta was still alive at the end of GT..Or at least before the 100 year gap but if Pan's still alive Vegeta would be. He ages a whole lot slower then her though I think he might be showing his age by then.
As for using Black Star Shenron..Use him but has it ever been specifically said that he creates his own rules.

-The fact that Black-Star Shen Long is not around any more is irrelevant, because Gogeta isn't around anymore either. The Point is Black-Star Shen Long is an anime character. He can just make L Sama disappear.
Black Star Shen Long is pathetic and CLEARLY fallible. Watch Dragon Ball GT He LOSES. L-sama has never shown any limitations. Ever. He is not going to make L-sama disappear. End of story.
-L Sama hasn't proven she can create what it takes to destroy Gogeta, she has only created her own universe that holds nothing that rivals the might of Gogeta. What is the point of creating something that your opponent can destroy? I don't think she has the power to create anything remotely close to the power of Gogeta
The author states that simply by being inside a universe, L-sama will instantly destroy it, if she isn't extremely careful. In the Slayers, Lina is presented a vision of L-sama descending and annihilating the universe because of a miscast spell. Also, she created 4 multiverses, each w/their realities and universe-busting gods in each one. Any of those things can take out Gogeta like nothing.
Gogeta loses. That's the bottom line.
Omnipotence > raw power.

L-sama seems to be the undisputed "Ultra God" of anime. Her only rival is the unamed god in who uses tenchi as an avatar. Hell, even though it's a different universe, it could be her that uses tenchi as an avatar. Just like when she used lina inverse as an avatar.
Haha, it's not an impossibility, if you think of it that way. L-sama does indeed supersede the boundaries of anime and star in multiple series. In fact, she even breaks the fourth wall on numerous occasions and beats the crap out of the author.

I've noticed that in japan Huge crossovers tend to happen and even if these crossovers are not technically canon they can still influence the canon of respective anime's. Mazinkaiser and Shin getter Robbo for instance were created to be in Super Robot Wars. But, Go Nagai liked liked his new creations so much I.E. Mazinkaiser and Shin Getter Robo, that he decide to make them canon.
What I'm getting at is evn though L-sama is not technically in other animes canon. She can still act as a sort of anime God.
