We are discussing how she's written to be omnipotent in the constructs of her story. Of course, she cannot just create beings from different stories, because:

1) The Mangaka could get sued.

2) She's a fictional character

She's not Litterally omnipotent. But, if we take her powers into debates and compare she could.

Why you keep bringing God to this is beyond me, since I never ever made a comparison to LON and God. I said she's omnipotent in context of the story. 😬

I'm not saying that LON is literally God and is omnipotent. I don't see the point, Omnipotent is a concept that is mutually exclusive to God.

Read the rules of versus matches. All characters are allowed to use all of their power sets in a versus. Of course she cannot affect other stories canonically. But, since we are making a Hypothetical Situation her power to effect Existence will be in play in whatever universe this comparison takes place.

goku is the strongest character (under sky father) in comics history. There are some that would give him a fight but thats about it.

All those are at god-class power + being good = carry the power of plot induced win.

Though as lain is closest to something that could occur in our real world, I think it gives certain perks above purely ficticional entities.

Plot devices and such are given to all kinds of characters, both good and evil. It has nothing to do with power, in the sense we're using.

Haruhi have no major feats suporting her, and title means little. Kami from Dragonball is God, yet he's a lot weaker than the human Z-fighters.

We know next to nothing about Goku after he merged with Shenron , is he omnipotent? - No. Because it takes an omnipotent to shape an omnipotent. Kami made Shenron, and Goku wasn't a omnipotent to begin with.
