He just spinned around in cirlces punching, thats something that even mimic can do. Hell who to say that they were even going the speed of light. You do know that every time flash run it aint also the speed of light, let alone sound. They do have the potential to go that fast but that dont mean that they can go that fast all the time.

I also think that goku can speed blitz 3 flashes since I think that goku speed is>>>the speed of light.

Superman prime was hurt and got knocked out with a blast THAT WAS STATED AS HAVING THE POWER OF A NUCLEAR BLAST even though it came from monarch. He was temporarily knocked out but he did recover pretty fast though, took like two or three panels.

Right, and we can't ignore the fact that SMP, even without the Big Bang feat, has survived far more, like traveling through a Red Sun.
