erm im not sure i could never say who the most powerful is, i hear each of the Chousin are Multiversal Level Gods, and Z was more powerful than them and Kami tenchi beat him... Anti Spiral was dishing out Big Bang level attacks against TTGL, and L-Sama or Lord of Nightmares iv herd is very powerful...

The 2nd Gurren lagann movie has apparently brought out an even beefier Anti spiral as well as a super TTGL.

as far as mortals go Light from death note is the most powerful imo, not in a fight obviously, but with his brain power and the death note he would win against any opponent that is unless its someone like goku AND he knows where light is before he writes his name in the note

No,But I do think that goku still might be the most powerful character in anime universe.....ever, plus it seems' he has endless power that can be drawn out when ever the time calls which would be when he is getting beat-down and can't seem to overcome his enemys'.

Then His power will grow exponentially, and he won't ever be beaten because of this and thats is only my view and belief.
