so all spider essence is there, adaptation is bases on this. also have you never though the producer$$ would lift a project only for fans, they had to change the character to actual knowledgement (in other word, sth we dont know right now, just like radiation at the time now its genetics) and made him aceptible for a wider range of viewer$$. that all.
comente on spiderman, cos man spider was never peter parker

what they fail to mention is that body fluids being sprayed into a persons mouth could cause someone very serious harm to that person, something that betrays peters character because thats somthing he would NEVER do.I'm sure when he shot his classic webbing that he realised the chemicals he used to shoot the webbing would not be harmful to a person when he shot them into a persons mouth.that he considered all possibilitys before doing that.Peter would NEVER even to a jerk like Jameson, spray body fluids into a persons mouth, that totally betrayes his character. 😠

the problem with that is with organic webshooters,it makes no sense in hell why he would use the classic finger pose to shoot the webshooters like he does.
about that. o.k u got a point but, we must consider the movie point of view that as he learn it just shoot like that, so it would be like cat claws its tensioned inside they hands, and is moved outside removing the muscle tension, so with spider its the oposite.

no way , you must consider his organic webbing the same from his chemical one on comics, and also i dont think he ever though about it, remember the comics where he left jameson with the mouth web for 3 hours
like I said,he more than likely knew they would not be harmful if they dissolved.no fella, body fluid is much more dangerous.

body fluid harmfull show example.
also his webbing are disssolved , cos like i saud u must consider them just like in the comics one, otherwise it would last at least 3 weeks
man everybody knows that in this day and age,its very dangerous for someone to have something from someones body go into a another persons body.that would be the same as having a cut and someones blood accidently getting into your system,no different, also there were a couple of occassions when peter got a disease in the comics and had to get cured by doc connors,if he unknowingly shot harmful bbody fluids into jamesomes mouth while having a diseace, fatal consequence would be the result especially in this day and age.
Alright...I confess, I wasn't a huge Spidey fan before the first movie, that made me appreciate it. Now I read the comics (occasionally) and have even bought (and read to death) the Ultimate Guide.
I agree with the majority of the posts here, that even though Spidey, and the Goblin, are a little different in the movie than the comics, they are essentially the exact same characters.
As for Spidey's organic web fluid, I'd say that even though it's organic it probably has the same properties as his synthetic web fluid in the comics, that's why he could get away with spraying it into JJ's face.
And as for the "classic" hand pose to fire organic fluid, well, he has to have some specific way of firing it, doesn't he? Remember, in the comics he hits the button, in the movie he strikes the pose. He's even seen experimenting on the way to make his web fly. If he didn't have an organic "trigger" (that looks similar to the comic pose to preserve the essence) he'd be trailing web all the time, wouldn't he? The pose is just his "on/off" switch for the web.
