"Nothing, nothing!" He answered cheerfully, holding the door open for Lily. Hey..., he thought, She did't call me Potter.

"Did you think of a nickname for me yet? You know how you have Prongs or Padoot or the like?" Lily twirled into the candy shop.

James looked at her, eyebrowed raised. "A nickname...let's see..."

"Can you think of one?" said Lily with a laugh.

"Erm...Yes," He said, hesitating.He was gonna say, 'You have the temper of a Lion.' But James decided to NOT push his luck...

"What?' asked Lily.

James snapped out of his thoughts. "Erm nothing..."

"I dunno..." He thought.

"How about the Leo? I can tell you were thinking something like that because of my temper."

He turned swiftly. "Huh?! No way!!" He said defensivly, but sigh. "Yeah, sure! Lil--Leo." He said, deciding to say her new nickname.

"Do you like the new nickname, James?" asked Lily.

James smiled. "You can give me a new nickname..." He replied. But his gang would continue to call him Prongs. I don't think they could switch if they tried, he thought.

"Prongs is fine," said Lily with a smile.

He shrugged. "Well...did we come here to shop or what?" He asked, and began wandering around.

"Ok," said Lily.
