is the switch in the middle but a little to left above the handle or below it???

it is in the middle left of the door, its horizontal to the door handle, (maybe a bit below it)

its pretty big so if you have any picture editors you may wanna save it and inspect it further on there... there are some notes that look iteresting, particularly the one under 'Honorary Degree'...

its the half blood prince also known as the new minister for magic, who else! and i bet i could also tell you why harry gets to see him: its probably because the prince neede his advice regarding voldemort and who else to ask but harry. but if you ask me, i wouldnt put rowling in such a high estimation as you have, its just not worth it mate, she'll let you down, just like she has let everyone down.
