She smiled up at him warmly and rested her hands along his waistband of his jeans. She was surprised he wanted her around, but it made her happy. Maybe for once life would go her way.
"No, I want to." She kissed him passionately.

(( probably skip the next scene and just continue with morning since ppl were getting heated with just them making out. 😉 ))

"Ok, don't want ter hurt ya luv" With that he drew her towards him

Afterwards, as they lay there together, her sleepign peacefully. Davey said very softly
"Hope being around me dosen't hurt yer"
With that he made sure she was covered by there jackets, and making sure the waterproof Australian army one they used as a groundsheet and fell asleep

Tanya looked at STorm. How did he catch up so fast. Could he be a spy for the police? Nah, he wasn't sharp enough.

Storm looked at Tanya and then back at Evan.

"I gotta go....you know....Go...be right back"

Storm walked off into the woods. Then he started running he ran back to the intersection. When he got there he ran across the street to the cops.He ran up to them and looked at them both...they looked back. They immediatly recognized him.

"We found the kid" one of them yelled out to the other cops around.

"Take it easy man"storm said"I know where the other runaways are I can lead you to them"

"Whats in it for you?"one of the policemen asked suspicously

"I get the reward money out for them"

"Deal."

"So here what I want you to do follow me from a distance wait for the right moment when there asleep and make the raid.If not these kids will easily escape,because.."storm looked at one of the officers eating a donut."....because they dont eat crap like this"storm said grabbing the donut and throwing it on the ground.

The police man was alaremed but didnt say anything.

"Now lets move"storm said running back into the trees the cops followed.

Finally Storm reached back to Evan and Tanya. He realized hed been gone for ten minutes."I went a little more than number 1"he said embarrased.

Tanya arched an eyebrow. "EVan, I'm going to get seomthing to eat. I'll be back in a sec." she said eyes narrowing on Storm. She didn't trust him, but didn't say anything.

"I'll come with you, Evan said, standing up." When they were safely out of Storm's earshot, Evan said, "alright, if he ratted on us, you're Molly, and I'm Dan. You're my sister. We live down the road, we were planning to meet a friend behind that building. Got it?"

Tanya nodded laughing slightly at the names. "Okay. Although they'll tey a DNA test or something." she shrugged. "But if he ratted us out, May I have the first blow to kill him."

"Knock yourself out. Are you sure the cops are even looking for you?"

Tanya turned to Evan. "I'm not sure." shehe way this was turning out.

((what does "shehe" mean? 😕 ))

She woke up the next morning next to him. She lightly pulled out from under his arm and stood up, wrapping one of the jackets around her, but leaving him warmly covered. She walked a few yards away and stared off into space in deep thought. She didn't want the feeling she had to go away, but she knew all good things, especially the few in her life, must come to an end.

(It's suppose to say "She didn't like the" but my comp midtype. Srry 😮 )

((that's okay))

Evan went into a tacky looking diner nearby.

Tanya watched him. Her mind on Storm still. Something wasn't right, not even Evan trusted him.

Waking up Davey turned over and seeing Frankie had left sat up groggily, he rubbed his eyes and had a look around. Then he saw her standing a little way off.

"Hey hun, you orright?" He said as he walked up to her, he briefly put his arm around her shoulders and gave her a squeeze then, walked back to his stuff and dug around in his bag for something to eat, he was feeling a bit seedy from the drinking the night before, fortunatly it wasn't too cold this morning.

She forced a smile and turned to face him. "Yeah." She replied simply. She walked slolwy over to their stuff and watched him. She had a headache from the liquor, but because she had more than half a bottle left, she was doing pretty good. She changed into her clothes and then sat down watching Davey. He had such a pleasant nature about himself, she didn't see his bad side exposed at all, but she had only known him for a short while.
"So, do you have a place around here?"
She knew the cops were looking for her, and there was a good chance they'd find her eventually if she stayed in this small little dead end town she desperately wanted to escape.

"Where Evan get off to?"storm asked worried

Davey laughed when he pulled the only thing edible out of his bag, a half eaten bag of gummi bears.
"Look's like we're gonna have to find something to eat" He said half to himself

He looked up at her when he spoke next
"I have this rental place not too far from here. Can't really afford it, my contracts almost up though, well, i got a car at least, station wagon, pretty old but it goes, got a matress in the back, good for parties. Could always sleep there i a while i spose, pretty roomy really."

He zipped up his bag, holding the gummi bears
"All i got to offer to eat, get's the booze taste outter yer mouth at least he said with a shrug, oh yer got this water bottle too, we can go up to my place for a bit you can have a shower, see if there's anything to eat in the fridge, if yer trust me that is, no pressure luv"

He shrugged, he hadn't had huge amounts of experience with women, not ones that had stuck around anyhow, but this girl certainly seemed diffrent from the norm, regardless he didn't want her to feel pressured by him, he knew he probably wasn't a good person to be hanging around with.

She laughed gently when he offered her the half bag of gummi bears. She took a few and chewed on them. She admired him as he packed up, he was indeed good looking. She had deeper feelings for him, but she wouldn't let herself show them. Sex and relationships were two very different things to her, and she had never been involved in a relationship that worked because the guys she always got herself involved with were assholes. Of course sex with him meant something more than she wanted it to, but he was different.
"I have some cash, we can pick up some burgers and go back to your place." She suggested knowing his fridge was probably as empty as his bag. She didn't mind he didn't have a lot, she admired him for trying to make it on his own. She also had to chuckle when he told her about his station wagon with the mastress great for 'parties'... she wasn't so sure she wanted to lay on it, but she had the impression he was joking. He didn't seem like a player, and she was comfortable around him.
"I don't have any reason not to trust you yet." She playfully shoved him. "And if you try anything, I'll kick your ass." She laughed.
She liked him, he was fun, and he didn't pose any threats. She knew she could handle herself one on one, but many times she was so depressed she wished for death, that is why she kept taking the lithium. She didn't want to live, that was another reason she didn't want to get attached to him, if she got close to him, and he left, that would push her over the edge.
She dug in her bag. "I can use a shower." She found the bottle of lithium.

"Yer, sounds like a plan" He said nodding, he slung his bag over his shoulder and stood

To her kick your arse comment he laughed "Now, that's something i have no doubt of, hun"
Taking a swig of his water bottle he offered it to her and begun walking towards his place. "The shower's good, paid the gas bill last week so you'l get hot water" he said with a grin.

"The supermarket and those fast food joints are on the same road back which makes it easier too" As they walked he wondered about this mystery girl he had the pleasure of chancing upon, she was certainly very attractive, she looked like she could actually look after herself too, bit diffrent from the typical ditzy girl he knew when back at school. He wasn't keen on drugs, his dad had always told him of what a liability it made people, and when he was in Nam that got people killed. Regardless he wasn't too concerned, she didn't come across as a stupid girl.

Evan sat down in a booth at the diner. Several minutes passed, and a waitress came by. She looked a little surprised by his frightening appearence, but took his order anyways. "What do you have that's not fried?" His voice was deep and cold. He sounded angry.

The waitress paused for a moment. "We have.. We have ribeye steak today."

"I'll have that," Evan said, not worried about the price because he knew he wasn't going to be able to pay for it anyways.
