I don't like The Killers, but I don't like Pop so that settles it I guess (and yes they are Pop, they call themselves that.)
As for all you saying that being hot has ANYTHING to do with being a good band, stop listening to music coz you obviously don't appreciate it. Motorhead, Metallica, Sabbath, Priest and all those bands. Ugly as sin, but been around for ever coz they rule. When The Killers are wrinkly no one will like em coz all that will be left is the music and everyone will realise that it is and always has been mediocre.

Er actually, i like muse because of the music and not because of their looks, i have to admit i do fancy Matt but thats not why i listen to their music.
Its only because there arent many female bands around, cos if there were there would loads of lads talking about how gorgeous the leadsinger or someone is.

It's wierd, I bought The Killers album. I like it, but damn, I'm running out of songs I like. They are simply pop music. Easy to get into really quickly. The more I hear their songs, the more I get kinda sick of em.
They won't be rememberred in years to come in the same way that, oooh, Kasabian will be. People keep going on about Kasabian but I think they are a band that will stand the test of time, and unlike The Killers, their music gets BETTER with every listen.
It's rather sad how many girls I know who like this band simply because of how they look. I sometimes wonder if any of the die hard Killers fans actually like their music over their MTVideos and good looks. I myself liked them for the music, and see them as mediocre. Anyone who thinks they are above mediocre is obviously liking them for another reason other than the music - which I find pathetic.
That's just my two cents, I am a paying customer after all.
Er i dont think they are mediocre, and i think their music is amazing. When i sit and listen to the music i dont sit and think about Barndon Flowers i think about the actual song, and what it means. I love the killers BECAUSE of the music. I do understand why people fancy them cos i have to admit they are nice lokking but i like the killers cos they can get me in the mood to go out, or are just lovely to sit and chill out to. So its not obvoius that i like the for other reasons, AND i am not pathetic.
