My own personal opinon.
If Magneto was an Omega Level Mutant, He would have the nessesary power to manipulate electromagnetic spectrum too its fullest extent, then he would be able to challange Silver Surfer and GL.
electromagnetic spectrum is one of the four fundamental forces of the univers, everything is affected by it in some way or another,
Magneto could do to GL ring and Silver Surfer Skin, to what he did with Wovlerine Adamantium.
Or just shut down your brain electrical impulse living them a living vigi

maayyybe, but hes not an omega.....and both GL and SS have more powers than just control over the spectrum....

When I see him contain a supernova or travel through space to different planets with his powers then maybe he would stand a chance against any GL.
Maybe.
I go with GL in this one. Maybe Mags could or couldn't manipulate the GL energy but I don't think that he could win this one. Remeber that Mags has never faced this type of energy before so even if he could manipulate them he wouldn't have time to practice. In the middle of a life and death battle I just don't think he would have time to figure out how to manipulate GL energy.

The Sun and other planets have magnetospheres, but the Earth has the strongest one of all the rocky planets. The Earth's north and south magnetic poles reverse at irregular intervals of hundreds of thousands of years. In addition, the poles wander over shorter periods of time (hundreds of years).

lol not being defenseve just pointing it out...the things is I think Mags is good, can be considered a planetary threat, but GLs were created as a COSMIC police force.....so their rings are greater than just planetary threats....as shown in the pics provided in the past pages.....but just out of curiosity who do you think will win?

If this is Magneto at the peak of his power (most events after the Dark Seduction mini), then I'm inclined to give the battle to Magneto, if it happens on Earth or any other planet. It won't be quick, but Magneto has the raw power, versitility, defense, and intelligence to beat most any regular GL. A battle in space I'm inclined to give to the Green Lantern. And, of course, Ion and Parallax would win on either battleground.
intelligence i might give him...the others i give to the GL....the ring can practically do anyting so versitility goes to them....they can do more than just control the elctromagnetic spectrum (which is all mags can do) defense, theres is some of the best, with his sheild he has saved a planted from an explosion, help a thousand giant creatures at bay, made a HUGE alien ship (like three of them) explode when they rammed into him, he held a sun, and a universe destroying blast....raw power its mags raw power vs will power....depending on the GL the willpower can be lower or higher than mags mutant power....GL's have more high end feats and better ones that mags has so i myself am inclined tp side with the Gl....and of course Ion and Parallax would kick ass 😄
