so that's why it only took 5 of them to exorcise parallax from ganthet? why it only took 6 of them to take on an army of manhunters led by hank henshaw?
as long as magneto can't manipulate the ring itself, i see GL taking it (especially if its hal or kilowog).

Henshaw is weak and Manhunter has been pwned just the same. MANY who read JLA can see this.
Mags can manipukate the ring and I wouldn't even doubt that Mags would OUTDO GL's in will power.

Mags has nothing on Kyle. GL's can control the EM spectrum, and do more than anything Mags can do. Versatility in doing whatever they think they can do FTW. Period.
So we have Mags powers + whatever else the ring provides = GL for the win.
And they do have that one trump card where they just suck the people into the ring. Once there GL's can pretty much control reality to the Nth degree inside the ring.
