😂 I agree about how they give Emma Watson Rupert's lines. they do stuff like that in every movie that's based on books. give some other character another character's lines. I never understood it. like in Lord of the Rings, Legolas is always stealing the other character's lines. In Harry Potter, Hermione's always saying something that Ron had said in the book. It makes Rupert look bad.

What are you talking about? He's an excellent actor! even people I've met who don't even like the Harry Potter movies think Rupert's an excellent actor.

OK sorry, i know you're all Rupert fans, maybe it is because he has a really small part but i saw him on Thunderpants and he wasn't great on that either but again hes only been in like 4 movies so i shouldn't expect him to be the best actor. I love the harry potter books and found the films disappointing because of the poor acting so its not just Rupert...OK I'll shut up lol

Rupert, I personally think is the best actor out of the three in Harry Potter. and in any movie, they don't always need the best actors to make the film good. I mean, as much as I love movies like the Spider-Man flicks, the acting in them are not the best. but I don't think Harry Potter movies would be considered the same way. I think Rupert's an excellent actor. That's why he's going to be in other movies besides Harry Potter, like that 'Driving Lessons' movie.

😛 Thunderpants was targeting smaller audiences then the Harry Potter movies. The Movie was written and directed badly. I don't think Rupert's performance in Thunderpants was interly his fault.

Yeah! There could have been something wrong with the lines. That could easily have messed it up! The actor needs to be able to say the line to actually get it right. if it's written poorly, it's bound to mess up the actor's acting. it happens with a lot of poorly acted films.

Did anyone read the Half Blood Prince and finish it? There was something in there on page 485 that made me laugh, and I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence, or if JK Rowling did it on purpose because of the movie. I'll put it in a spoiler for those of you who haven't finished and would like to figure it out for themselves.

the new potions teacher, slughorn, can never seem to get Ron's name right, and when Harry tries to get slughorn's memory for dumbledore, (And this is after Ron gets poisoned. don't worry, he's not the one who dies. ) and it's at Hagrid's hut when Aragog dies, slughorn brings a bottle of mead, and here's a quote said by professor Slughorn that made me laugh:

' "I have had it all tested for poison," he assured Harry, pouring most of the first bottle into one of Hagrid's bucket-sized mugs and handing it to Hagrid. "Had a house-elf taste every bottle after what happened to your poor friend Rupert." '

And slughorn was talking about RON. as I said, he keeps forgetting Ron's name.
