Third time down today, I think we've broken a record!

Hardware swap is scheduled for tomorrow 11AM BST / 5AM CDT - can't make it happen any quicker.

I'll just have to be on call until then 😖

Everything just decided to not load a few minutes ago, and when it was loading it was going veeery slowly.

I am aware of the problems. They will be gone tomorrow when the hardware is swapped.
