Server Problems

I'm going to make a backup of the database, so the forums may go slow for the next 5 mins or so.

I was getting error messages. 😕

But is working faster for me now.

One problem was sorted, then another one arose 😖

The IP addresses used for the DNS server became unroutable. Been working non-stop in the background here to get it back up and running - which means some people may not have been able to access the KMC site if they hadn't used it recently.

Anyway, as far as I know, everything is working perfectly fine now. 🙂

i see you had to change the little hampsters in your machine again. Running on that wheel all day must be tough work for those little guys. 🙁

Once again, we experienced a server problem. This time with the hard drive....the only thing that wasn't replaced recently.

I'm getting pretty fed up with this, and I think it may be time to find a new server elsewhere. Hopefully within the next few days.

how come only some forums were affected ? are u using different hard drives for the forums ? (what I mean is, I noticed, for ex, only the GDF was not working while some of the other forums were)

More server problems...yippee. I was noticing some weird ones at about 2:30 am CST...whenever I tried to view a thread in certain forums I'd get the database error page, like what Rusky said. Some of them didn't work, others did 😖

Well, whatever's wrong I hope it gets straightened out soon, and if that means moving servers, good luck, Raz 🙂
