yes on a countless no. of occasions batman nearly died because of his obsession with getting things right.

Spiderman could duck bullets and suff, but He has a hard time dodgeing Doc Ocks Arms, he always get tangle in them some how.

Batman may not have any weakness to exploit Spiderman, but He has training and Martial Arts on his side, something Spiderman does not have. Batman could use knockout gas or his spike balls that he uses to pop tires or something. Batman is not slow either, he is pretty fast, You guys make Batman seem like a turtle.

As for tougher, That is a toss up imo, as both took shots from guys who know how to hit.

What you failed to realize is that the arms have a super coordination computer in them, not to where there actually intelligent and act like stupid snakes (hence the movie) but they can coordinate at super human reflex, and easily catch spiderman. Also goblin is a superhuman too, with super strength, coordination and fighting skills.
Batman is a normal human. with gadgets and aove average fighting skill

Speaking of the flash Batman was able to beat him in a fist fight too just by timing were to land shots on the faster hero. It was a uppercut to the chin that put the Flash down.
