The Simpsons Movie

After watching the teaser trailer I'd wish my spirits were high for this project. It just doesn't feel the same as before. Homer being an idiot got old for me years ago. I'm still gonna see it just to follow the hype...which I'm willing to bet it will grow ONE year from now.

It's my duty as a lifelong Simpsons fan to see this movie, it's my favorite show of all time and all that good stuff, even though the new episodes are definately lacking. I really would love for the film to capture the spirit the show had back in it's glory days, when the episodes were hilarious and touching.

Please don't suck, please don't suck.

Even though the show jumped the shark probably over seven years ago, I'll still see this film...

They have been working on this film for years it won't suck...this movie will be great no matter what...well at least to me it will be...

this kinda reminds me of the beavis and butthead movie.once it came out it was no more b&b basically.simpsons is classic but this movie will probably be the end of my favorite tv series ever.

I think the show has actually slowly started to pick itself up slightly, although not nearly enough to bring it even close to the season 3-8 years... But these clips give me hope for the movie. The first one was actually pretty funny. 😄

Its not going to be easy, full length movies are much harder to sustain the audience with.

the movie will probably just be one long episode.

I honestly can not wait, they have been writing it since 2001!

well when is it coming out?

I wonder if they will use profanity in the movie.

Everybody who has the ability to occupy a cinema will most probably see this. There isn't an age range or intelligence level that it doesn't have something to offer to.

I heard about the movie last year and forgot all about it. I don't think I'm going to see it.

I stopped watching it a couple of years ago. I just watch South Park or something now.
