What I'm about to put down has some serious spoilers for the end of the movie so if you don't want to know what happens at the end, don't read whats comming. 😉
[spoil]The black suit gets Peter to seek revenge on Harry who tricks Peter into thinking MJ left Peter for Harry. Spider-Man, drunk on rage, throws a pumpkin bomb into Harry's face, disfiguring him to actually basically look like a goblin. Peter realizes he did wrong and gets rid of the suit. Eddie gets the suit and sweet talks Sandman into getting his revenge on Spider-Man. Venom kidnaps MJ and holds her hostage at a construction site. Sandman uses construction site sand to turn into a giant sand monster and they basically own Spider-Man. Harry shows up and kicks Sandman's ass by making bombs blow up within him. Venom attacks Harry and Sandman is about to squash Spidey with a giant sand-mallet when his daughter shows up and begs him not to kill Spider-Man. Sandman tells his daughter that he killed Ben and that he's a bad man, even though it was an accident when his buddy (the burglar) came running out and startled him and Ben. He genuinely regrets killing Ben. Sandman's daughter then asks Spider-Man to look into his heart to forgive Sandman. Spider-Man remembers the revenge he took onto Harry and forgives Sandman even though it is probably the hardest thing in the world for him to do. Venom returns so Sandman takes his family and leaves with them to keep them safe.
Venom picks up a piece of jagged metal and is about to skewer Spidey right before Harry flies between them and takes a mortal stabbing. In trying to hit Spidey, Venom accidentally causes a loud noise along the construction metal in which the suit recoils and shifts. Spidey figures that sound hurts the suit by remembering the church bells and putting one and two together. Spidey basically makes a giant make-shift tuning fork out of pipes and uses it both to cause noise and shove it up against Venom. The suit recoils off of Eddie and.... Eddie is gone...all that is left is what the alien parasite left behind. A smoldering skeleton. The suit basically then tries to take a last attempt for Peter, but Peter is quicker and uses his webbing to to knock over a overhanging pile of hundreds of metal beams which come crashing around them. The sound of metal upon metal is too much for the suit and it evaporates into black smoke.
Spidey runs over to Harry. Before Harry dies, Peter apologizes for throwing a bomb in his face after realizing what he let the suit and himself do since the suit only augmented his own darker self. Harry tells Peter that he forgives him. Peter asks why, in which Harry replies, "Because you are my friend". Peter and Harry share a Frodo and Sam moment and...skip to after Harry's funeral in which MJ and Peter realize that they are very important to each other since all anyone has are friends and loved ones. Cut to Spider-Man swinging around the city like the end of the first movie together with MJ in his arm.[/spoil]

I don't think it's real because
A. The book isn't out yet
and B. I dunno, It just doesn't all fit together and make sence... I mean the Venom stuff does.. But the Harry stuff doesnt.
And in one of the trailers Spiderman Rips open some kind of water pipe and it blows sandman away.. I personally don't think Sandman will be involved in the construction fight.. there is no sand in the scenes that we see with the trailer.. just alot of black webbing from Venom.
And loud noises is not going to kill the suit.. Venom is Nutzo and the things he throws and shit I'm guessing cause a great deal of noise. The reason the suit falls apart by the church bells is because Peter is ripping it off.. If you watch the trailer. and he is tearing it apart and such.
I think people are just writing down what they think will happen.. I don't think it's a spoiler at all.
