Actually that's a good question.

Spiderman would try and shoot webbing and Toad would shoot slim. But Toad would most likely win. I mean a kick a tongue whip and a slime would win the fight.

every time i see him in the comic he is getting his ass beat. anyone on the x men could take him out 1 on 1 pretty easy. i see it where iceman froze him without even batting an eye. this should be closed no joke threads please

I'll add some extra reasons: Spider-Man is smarter, is more strongwilled, is not as crazy as Toad and has defeated more villains/heroes than Toad ever has met !
