Both do, yes, but Internet Explorer doesn't support PNG transparency.

Not necessarily, you can save PNGs with low-colors (like GIFs), where the size will be about the same as that of a GIF, or you can save it without compression, where it will be high quality but a large size.

I have a question. Can I upload sigs to my profile using the standard accessory paint? Because that's all I have...

Yep, so long as they're a JPG, GIF, or PNG file under 30kb.

Can I resize it, because it's waaaaaaay too big.

Well, I wanted to ask something about that too. How do you add font to a picture without having to cut off some off the picture? So it's just the words, and no frame?

I'm pretty sure you can't do that in Paint, if that's what you're asking. 😬

I've done it before, I just don't know how 😛
