im having troubles with a sig it is not getting the right size i go to the resize put in the sizs but it just doesnt work.im usin gimp just to let you know

Erg, I truley need help. Everytime I resize my banner to fit the standerds it says I still need to decrease it down to 30K.

Actually, I made the render and everything from scratch. Even the background. Background isn't basic either. 😉

Anywho, I got confused on something. I was looking at a GIMP tutorial, and I'm trying to get this alien flesh effect, and I'm getting lost at one point. Right after the select>by color mabob, I kinda get lost, because he's not giving much detail on that next step. Here's the link.
