(PS2/X-Box/Gamecube/PC) Which is Best?

Eh...I have a PS-X, but I didn't like a lot of the games that were out for it. There is one I have called Sheep Raider where Koyote is stealing sheep from Sheep Dog. That was fun. And then there's Gran Turismo, which I never complained about...and Tomba brings back memories, but it didn't impress me very much.

I liked Sonic and Mario and Metroid (power to the original Game Boy!)....
I thought about getting an Gamecube for Viewtiful Joe. I've heard a lot about it. That and Super Smash Bothers: Melee. (Do the Kirby dance: <('.'<😉 (>'.'😉> )

PC...I haven't played much.... Star Wars Galaxies...Everquest...Diablo 2, but I think Half Life 2 makes PC gaming like Halo makes the X-Box. WoW and EQ 2 are pretty big addictions w/ my friends, too.

I have a Sega Genesis.... It was good for the time, but I think the PS-2 is the most rounded system. Unless it's super old school and then I'd go w/ Activision. Those are awesome, yeah. =^.^=

The PC is because of its vast majority of every type of game, capabilities, and the fact it is simply better than consoles because of its adaptability. It is constantly evolving graphics, speed, and quality while you have to wait 3 or 4 years for the next big step on your favorite console to come out. That said, X-Box is the best console.

PC's are better for FPS's and RTS's, which happen to be some of the most popular games.

Consoles still own on driving/sports type games.

Ps2 is the best i now own an xbox and a ps2 i like ps2 for so many more reasons
ps2 has a hard drive so does the xbox but you cant play your dvds on your xbox with out that remote. ps2 has way better game i just got mgs-3 for x-mas and i own mgs-2 both better then halo in my mind. the new way smaller and lighter ps2 just came out that is about 1/8 size and weight as an xbox and i have GTA-SA way better then any of my xbox games, and yes i do own halo 2.

Forgive me for asking, but isn't PS2 just a remake of PS1 cept it can go online, and suddenly all the games cost more, and the system coct's more to?

The playstation will only play playstation one games and audio compact disks. A port on the rear of the machine allows linking to another PSX for some games.
The PS2 is a more powerful console and can play the original PS games and audio CD's. Also the PS2 plays PS2 games/software and DVD' s.
It has more ports on the unit and can support some USB connected hardware such as printers, modems, USB Hubs.

My vote went to PS2.

Okat well in my opinion, they all have there disadvantages and advantages, but overall I would say that Xbox, and PS2 are tiied for first, cpet some xbox gam,es may have better graphics.

PC. Better graphics, better games, generally better sound and you can play most genre's aside from platforming. But its expansive and a hassle. But considering it has the best games. Definitly the PC.

uh dude, morrowind for the PC had better graphics than the Xbox ver. most PC games do have higher graphical effects.

Ps2 technically has the lowest graphical capabilities. images are generally a tad crisper or less fuzzy on the gamecube and Xbox.

too bad everyone beats the gamecube up every time it walks in a room.

Are you out of mind. Doom 3 looks better on the PC. Halo, Splinter Cell any other game that was released on the PC and XBOX.
The specs alone for the XBOX dont even come close to a top PC
64MB graphic device in XBOX compared 512 MB videocard for PC.
64MB main memory compared to atleast 3GB for PC.
733Mhz processor compared to 4.0 for PC.

Granted, console are built to be optimized and crap like that. But there is no way that it has better graphics than the PC.

Go look at Doom 3, Half life 2, and FarCry.
