Really, it isn't half as much as you are making it to be. Pick a random number, and from there jump forwards or backwards by 10-20 pages until you're close, then bring it down to 5 pages, then page by page. I've been able to locate many people's threads in under a minute each.

Okay okay okay... here is the Vision...

KMC LIVE.

The threads go up and down the page right before your eyes, posts appear right before your eyes.

You could still say maybe have a pause button and refresh manually, so you wouldn't have to HUNT the threads down and resort to reflex clicking of the mouse.

This is big. very big, just, think about it. Mods can have "the Recyling Bin" and "War Room", so to speak, where you can track every member LIVE, and see tehre movements LIVE as the move threwout KMC.

All of the forums, then search by Thread Starter, skip page numbers until you are at a page with your name as a thread starter.

For most, the threads will most always be in OTF.

Use the forum search? With my name?

Forum per forum, you find all the threads you ever created in there.

Would it be better to offer an option similar to the "find posts" found in the profile section that would allow you to "find all threads" for a user? That would be much easier to create.

I have that implemented on another site. It took only minutes to install.

Unfortunately, I write all my own code 🙁

Why do you do that? There are some codes already written that for the most part won't disrupt the code you already have...even if they do, you can modify the code for your use. I've had to do that myself.
