You can't appreciate something/someone you don't believe exists. You can appreciate the concept, or peoples' appreciation.

NEW IDEA IN BIG FONT

Okay Here is my Idea.... Make it so people who join the site need to have a certain amount of posts before they can make a Thread, Like 100 or 50.... OR make them do something that makes them know about already done threads and such. These people who join in a day then just make duplicate threads, and 4 in a row is annoying....Maybe a test on the rules?
