I fully agree with the decision that the global mods are the moderators for both the OTF and GDF, I think they do a great job.
I still however think that the conspiracy forum needs a mod, though the traffic isn't high, the rule breaking is; it's sort of like saying you can break the law in a small village but not in a city. Also, I think that a reason the conspiracy forum doesn't get more traffic (people wanting to debate etc), is because of the constant rule breaking, most notably spamming.

Why not report rulebreaking that you see, then?
I never see reports from that forum...
I'm not really keen on reporting people, I've found that a lot of the time nothing seems to come of it, unless about ten people report the same offence. That's where the problem of low traffic comes into it again, there's a certain clique within the forum that do basically all the rule breaking and the few others who do nothing wrong have to suffer for it.
Does every mod see all reports then, not just the globals? Never knew that.

Of course all the mods see all the reports, how would us non-globals be able to see any of the reports from our own forums? 😛

Oh right, I just thought that the moderators for specific forums could only see reports from that forum, and that the globals could see reports from all of them. Anyway, as you can probably now see, I've reported some of the offences within the conspiracy forum, of course these are only the tip of the iceberg, but there doesn't seem to be much point in raking up dead threads.
