Not really. Majority of large boards like this one forbid any kind of spam/trolling, let alone the whole forum on a slippery slope.

Well yeah, but I figure that there'll always be a situation where spam will get out of hand in a particular thread. It's easy to see. You are right, but it's bound to happen, the spamming and trolling that is.

So I'm pretty sure KMC has given me a virus several times. On occassions where I've only visited KMC I've caught the 'Windows Protect 09' virus. Three times now. (First one was my fault somewhere else, but the latter two can't have been me- I didn't click a popup or go to that site again (mugglenet's popup got me the first time).)

Also: I was just in a thread (SWVF) and a popup window replaced that page (as if I clicked on a link). I didn't and can't find a link to the 'IQ test' deely that would have to have been on that page.

Is it possible at all that KMC gave me the virus (popup was irrelevant just now) or did I get it somewhere else?

The "Search" functionality in KMC Forums is pretty messed up.

Use a custom Google search engine or something.

So, this is me just shooting in the dark, but it's worth a try. So, my cousin bought something on eBay, and he wasn't satisfied, since it was the wrong item. He bought a Pink Floyd vinyl record which was labeled as "Official Pink Floyd Record!!!! 100%!!!" When he got it, it was just the cardboard which once contained said record. He argued with the seller, and opened up a few disputes and finally the seller sent him the record, and told him he got lucky...

So, my suggestion is, since he's still like an eBay Power Seller (oh shi-) Is that what if KMC had an eBay shitlist where names of sellers on eBay can go in so people can reference before buying from them? I think plenty of people buy from eBay, and possibly get screwed, so a stickied thread would be neat.

Not if it's moderated. Remove shitty worthless shit, and leave the rest. Hell, Scythe would do an excellent job as a mod for that. You could make an OTF subforum and appoint him mod. I'd go for that. But, is there not an E-bay shit list already? Surely there is???

No. If a sale goes wrong on eBay, someone would post what happened so other could avoid that seller. I doubt a person who keeps recieving negative feedback for screwing up on eBay would go look where they keep talking about him/her since there's a feedback reply option on eBay itself where people can reply to any negative feedback they recieve.

The thing is, any deal/sale can be fixed with a simple return, or get the money back, but there are bastards on eBay who only scheme and take advantage of others. The thread would list people who are screwing others over to keep it from happening.

Yeah, but the chances of that happening are slim. Even though there's a few threads that should be merged, others that should be locked or moved and so on.
