I suggest this because some people find it hard to search for a specific member in the images. Either because of misspelling, or not typing the right characters. See if someone typed LanceWindu for me, nothing comes up, they have to search for Lan©eWindu™.

Sort By Member still leaves you starting off with #'s - A - Z...BUT not by letter, by page number!

There's too many pages to get to the one you need fast and effectively.

Not if you work with page numbers in the url. You can jump from page 1 to 20 and so on.

If you don't know the page number, then it's a hassle.

I would just like to see it simplified.

BTW, most users wouldn't think about using the URL in the first place.

It's not a high priority addition, just something I'd like to see.

Talking of lazy - this would be a pain to implement. It would be much better if people just copied the username into the search field.

how about the power to close a thread YOU make if you feel it isnt needed anymore. asking mods to do it for you is just a big pain in the butt.

Been discussed before and struck out for fears of flaming, retaliation, etc. Besides, that's what us mods are for.

I dunno how much this would accually affect anyone but what if you organized the member birthdays by post count, with the most popular at the top and least number of posts at the bottom of the list.
I'm talking about at the User CP

Sounds like it could be potentially too partial to popular members, and that's not fair, IMO. Much less feasible. Post count shouldn't be relevant to popularity, anyway.

Well not really Cine, no. Because most of the members there are the ones that post once, maybe twice, and never come back. At most, I would say that there are three members birthdays on the same day who have stuck around... so it just makes it easier to see if anyone of importance has a b-day.

Instead of reading thourgh lke 50 birthdays...

Raz? Can we have the ignore thread function back please? There are several HUGE spoiler threads in the EP3 section that I need to ignore. cry

How is anyone less "important" than anyone else? Organizing the birth dates by post count is pointless. Does the order it appear in honestly make a difference?

Well...how about putting the post count next to the birthday's? Just so you can easily see who has been active and who hasn't.

But then again, you can just click the name and check out their profiles.

It's determined by registration date, and I don't see that being changed for any reason.
