Ive just told you that the Beyonder was powered down by linking him to pre-existing characters called the Beyonders who had featured in comics before. Remember the cosmic cubes and their makers were around before Secret Wars. These Beyonders are from within Marvels multiverse so on panel when characters sum up the forces of the multiverse they are included. LT and the White Crown Phoenix are are above them by all accounts.

He made good points and he understood everything, out of interest a test of your comics knowledge the true beyonders are actually mentioned before the fake beyonders in 1978 - 79 do you know in what comic?

The True Beyonders first mention was in Marvel two in one issue 63 which came out in 1980. The Secret Wars was written in May 1984. That was when the Fake Beyonder was created. The editors deemed him too powerful especially after Secret Wars 2 so he was depowered and linked to the True Beyonders who exist in another dimension (i think accessible through the Negative Zone i'll have to check on that) but very much within the Marvel multiverse. So they arent as powerful as many posters believe. Ideas behind the Fake Beyonder have just been mixed up with the True Beyonders.

very good - The high evolutionary goes looking for them and comes back mad in hulk he gets the hulk to smash his armour - because he cna't and then devolves himself to promordial slime. The Marvel two in one gust starred her and starhawk (with the thing of course) excellent comics.

You like a Marvel comic? 😱 😕

So you either knew about this forum wide misconception over the True Beyonders and went along with it, or you forgot about the small details and got caught up in forum opinion as well?

I have thousands 🙂

Either way why do you "agree" with hierarchy lists you know to be inaccurate, lists your previous posts conflict with?

Good boy. 😉

What marvel series over the years have you collected the most of?

Well probably Iron Man, Thor, Avengers, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Power Man/Iron Fist, Defenders, Hulk, Uncanny X in the late seventies till the early nineties. Marvel two in One, Marvel Team Up, What if - etc etc. Recently Ultimate X men (full run) Ultimates (full Run) Supreme Power (full Run) Ultimate Iron man, Ultimate secret - Ultimate Nightmare - New Avengers - House of M.

but I have lots of obscure full runs like Rom - Master of Kung Fu etc

don't have that -

A lot of the early Epic like Dreadstar, Akira etc was good - oh I forgot Conan - I loved Conan as a kid.

I like Rom and i have the Dreadstar run until he changed to that lame outfit.

Alot alike Star Wars tho the whole thing. Akira still its a piece of work for me. Greatness.

Btw Whirly, any news about the Miracleman trade?

not yet it appears Gaiman has come to some agreement with Marvel but still some legal loop holes need sorting. I read it through again the first 6 are quite dated but from 6 on it is better than the Watchmen even now.

He's joking. Also you've missed a lot in your absence. It is accepted by quite a few posters these days that Phoenix is at the very least on the same level if not beyond him because of the events of X-men forever.

Yeah...he should be on the same level.

They are both some kind of agents of TOAA?
