Yes he's bald, but his voice is deep and metallic, and imagine him with a Venom outfit on his well built body, compared to Tobey Maguire in the Spidey costume, he's Venom guys.
He's also older than Peter, he may be not necessary a photographer, but some dirigent of the Daily Bugle that get fired cause Peter discover him selling information to another journal and he warned J.J.J. or Robbie about it, so Brock gets fired, must pay the Bugle for the damage caused from selling infos to other journals, and become a poor guy, full of thirst of vengeance for that puny small guy.
And when John Jameson will land with his shuttle in NY cause of the symbiote infiltrate into the ship, Brock seeing the police and the rescue squad is late, will get out of his car, thinking that if he take out John from the ship, Jonah will give back him his old job, but when he enters in the shuttle he finds John covered in a strange black substance, trying to take it away from it, he gets envolved from it, then he leap out the shuttle saving Jameson, Spidey is arrived on the scene too, and he see John with this guy in black outfit screaming and punching cars for the pain, Spidey tries to stop him throwing him against the shuttle near the ignited wall, but the black substance envelop him, then Brock punch him away, and falls into the water.
Later, during the night, over the George Washington Bridge:
Brock comes out from the water and climb up the bridge, then he fall unconscious.When he wake up, he see himself covered with this costume like substance, and he watch his reflection in the water.

A voice in his head is saying something:
He make you being fired, he throwed you into the river, he tried to destroy us, but we can obtain revenge on him...
